Carl Nagle founded our firm and from day one, dedicated his practice to only heping victims of North Carolina car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents and other roadway collisions. As a former insurance adjuster, Carl handled claims for a national insurance carrier, and discovered that insurance companies willfully underpay accident victims on a regular basis. After graduating from University of Georgia law school with top academic honors, Carl went to work as an insurance defense attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. In that capacity, Carl was hired by multiple insurance companies to defend at-fault drivers, and to oppose serious injury claims. While this experience has proved to be extremely valuable for our firm's clients, Mr. Nagle left insurance defense practice, moved his family to North Carolina, and devoted his career to helping motor vehicle crash victims.

Today, Carl uses the knowledge and skills he obtained while working in the auto insurance industry to help automobile accident victims get the highest possible settlement amount.
