Attorney Gilbert Sperling, III (Attorney Gil) has experience in auto accident cases as well as helping first time offenders beat their criminal case. Attorney Gil is dedicated and determined to fight against injustice in the courts. Having experience as a trial lawyer, Attorney Gil has successfully helped many clients get their criminal case dismissed.

​During law school, Attorney Gil worked as a Law Clerk at various litigation law firms. This experience gives his clients a big advantage in the courtroom as he understands how other attorneys might approach their case.

In high school, after participating in multiple mock trials, Attorney Gil was the only student to go undefeated. After going undefeated, Gil knew he found his passion. However, Gil’s dream almost came crashing down after he was arrested for shoplifting a few days after his eighteenth birthday.

Being a college student facing a criminal charge was frightening for Gil, but fortunately, he had an attorney on his side that helped keep his record clean.

Fifteen years later, Attorney Gil passionately helps his clients keep their record clean whether negotiating an alternative sentence, a first offender sentence, winning at trial, or getting their criminal record restricted/Sealed.
