Titus, founder of Nichols Injury Law, brings over a decade of experience and more than 40 jury trial verdicts, earning a reputation for taking cases to trial and standing up to insurance companies.
Before founding Nichols Injury Law, Titus was a violent crimes trial and appellate prosecutor in Augusta, Georgia, where he handled over 1,000 cases, tried 30 jury trials, and never lost a murder case. He also argued numerous cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
Before his prosecution work, Titus clerked for Judges Robert N. Jenkins and Alex Kinlaw, Jr. in South Carolina. He completed the GTLA LEAD Program in 2018 and was recognized as a Georgia Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2019 to 2021, an honor given to only 2.5% of lawyers in the state.
Titus also serves as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the United States Army Reserves.
