Bill is a seasoned personal injury attorney with extensive experience handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents (including cars, motorcycles, trucks, bicycles, and pedestrians), slip and falls, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries such as brain and spinal cord trauma. He represents victims of negligent and reckless conduct, including drunk, distracted, and drug-impaired drivers, as well as those harmed by dangerous products, medical malpractice, and workplace accidents. After earning his undergraduate degree from Fairfield University in 1989 and his law degree from Albany Law School in 1992—where he externed for a New York Supreme Court Justice—Bill began his career at McMahon & Walsh, PC. He later joined Allstate Insurance Company as a Senior Trial Attorney, gaining valuable defense experience before switching to advocate for plaintiffs.
